Thanks for visiting me in my little corner of the interwebs! I figure while you’re here, I may as well tell you a little about who I am.

[short ‘n sweet version: I am here to use my knowledge and experience to help other women with ADHD find what works for them on their journey to achieving the health, body, and life they want! 💖]

I’ve spent the better part of the last dozen years or so on a major personal growth journey (it sounds cheeeeesy, but it’s the most succinct way to describe it).

During this time I’ve read scores of books (mostly of the personal and business development variety); took classes and courses; started multiple businesses; and earned certifications in full-stack web development, reiki healing (why not?), personal training, and wellness and nutrition coaching.

I also…

…was diagnosed with ADHD (it made so many things make so much more sense!); gained/lost 10 or 15lbs here and there; tried all the diets—even the “healthy” ones 😒; slowly learned how to connect with my body through yoga and somatic therapy; gave up on dieting, ate whatever the fuck I wanted and gained like 40+lbs over two years. In late 2023/early 2024 I lost all of that 40lbs plus some, through mindful nutrition, resistance training, and admittedly, a couple months of semaglutide shots (it made the food noise disappear!).

In the midst of all of this, I had been slowly implementing systems, routines, and habits that made my life, not only more manageable, but actually enjoyable!

After much soul searching (and job hunting), I decided to put all of my knowledge, schooling, and experience to good use! I now have the privilege of teaching other women what I’ve learned, and coaching them to hit their goals and create lives they can thrive in!

I hope what I have to offer here is helpful to you in some way. Also, I hope something beautiful happens for you today!

Hey, I’m Jess! 😁
